scan files

My goal was to to edit these files into 3d-printable ones. The files I got delivered where very high quality. However, I couldn't 3d print them because they aren't a solid. Also, in the scan you can see my braces and the scan pins (they were used to see the final position of the implant its thread). These are all things I would like to learn how to fix.
